Simple Smoothie Bowl

Have you ever tried having your smoothie from a bowl?

Well here's a really simple way to create one. Or you can enjoy it from a glass if you prefer to sip it.

Serves: 1

Time to prepare: 10 -15 minutes


  • 1 banana

  • 1 apple

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 tsp spirulina*

  • 1/4 cup coconut water (water is also good)


  • 1 banana

  • 1 kiwi

  • 2 strawberries

  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds

How to create ...

  • First, put all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and whizz together.

  • Next, pour it into your favourite breakfast bowl.

  • Finally, cut and lay the chopped fruit on top.
